At Trull d'Agullana, we work with two varieties of olives that we will teach you to distinguish: the first is Argudell, the native variety of Empordà, the second is Picual. The Picual variety is more typical of southern Spain, but in our land, it develops unique taste notes: the \"Tramuntana\" wind and the Mediterranean give them a very special and unique touch.
