Via Domitia is an exquisite extra virgin olive oil produced by Llàgrimes del Canigó. This high-quality oil is distinguished by its perfect balance on the palate, combining sweet, spicy, and bitter notes. Its richness is manifested in both green and ripe secondary aromas, culminating in a pleasant almond sensation on the palate. The careful production includes absolute resting in tanks, giving it a sparkling color that reflects its exceptional quality.

With a limited production of 2500 bottles per year, this Extra Virgin olive oil is a blend of the Argudell and Picual varieties. Via Domitia has been the emblem of Trull de Agullana for the last 20 years, marking its excellence since its creation.

What makes Via Domitia even more special is its new initiative to present a unique label each year, highlighting the singularity of each harvest. In 2023, the label featured a work by painter Xavier Gonzàlez Arnau, and this year, in 2024, we have the collaboration of the talented Lluís Roura. Roura has provided the image of his painting "Agullana" (2006), inspired by the landscape of the town of the same name, where Trull de Agullana is located. Lluís Roura, renowned for his Empordà landscapes, is a self-taught painter with a distinguished career in the art world.
