Llàgrimes del Canigó's spicy oil with chili, garlic, and peppers is made with the highest quality extra virgin olive oil. Primarily from Argudell olives cultivated in fields on the Costa Brava. Cold extraction results in a rich and well-balanced flavor.

Along with garlic, peppers, and cayenne, we add a more spicy, intense, and seasoned flavor, making it a perfect accompaniment for pizza, pasta, and meat, although it can be used in all kinds of recipes.

No artificial flavors added. The secret of our spicy oil is the perfect balance between bird's eye chili, one of the spiciest, and garlic from Jesús's father's garden (located in Agullana), who has been planting his Banyoles garlic for over 40 years. Additionally, the selection of peppers we add to our extra virgin olive oil (black pepper, white pepper, allspice, pink pepper, and green pepper) gives it that special touch your palate loves.
