Essència is our new unfiltered, early harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

An unfiltered EVOO, of the Picual variety, made exclusively with olives from our family fields, in the town of Capmany, an olive grove that has been with the family home where Jesús's father, grandfather, great-grandfather, etc. were born and where oil has always been produced for their own use at their old farmhouse.

This year, thanks to an exceptional harvest, we were able to create a small surplus and turn it into a limited edition that we now want to share with you.

A sincere, pure, and direct oil, which reflects the essence of our land: intensity, character, and authenticity.

Tasting notes:

Intense aroma of green leaf, tomato plant, and fresh almond. On the palate, it is balanced, with a smooth entry and a final spicy touch characteristic of early Picual.
