How to make your purchase online?

But perhaps you have questions about how to make your olive oil purchase in our online store, and to help you, we present this simple tutorial. When you shop at www.canigooil.com, you can be sure that you are doing so in a secure, fast, and efficient way.

1. Where can I see all Llàgrimes del Canigó products?

Go to our online store at www.canigooil.com/collections/all. Once on the home page, you'll see a featured section with promotions for our aromatic oils, as well as our blog with information on Extra Virgin Olive Oils.

If you already have a specific product in mind but can't find it at first glance on our online store's main page, you can use the search bar at the top of the website.

2. Add items to your shopping cart

Once you've located the product you want, click on the "add to cart" button that appears on each product's page. A window will then open indicating that the product has been successfully added to your cart. If you don't want to buy anything else, click the "checkout" button, but if you want to continue browsing our catalog, click the "continue shopping" button.

3. Checkout

When you click "checkout," you'll see a breakdown of your purchase, the total cost, and the option to apply a discount coupon if you have one. Once you've reviewed that you have everything you need, click the "checkout" button again.

4. Payment and receipt of your purchase

At this point, you just need to provide your personal and shipping details and select your payment method (card payment or PayPal). Here you will also see the shipping costs for your order, which will be free on purchases over €75 for deliveries to the Peninsula.

Then click "Confirm and pay" and you will enter the payment gateway where you must enter your card details or PayPal account.

You will automatically receive an email with your order number, which you can use to track your order. In that link, you should enter your order number and your postal code, and that's it! You will receive your order at home within 3 business days.
