Oli del Raig Argudell – Early harvest unfiltered
Oli del Raig Argudell is the first oil of the year, made with the first green Argudell olives, a native variety from the Costa Brava.
This early harvest and unfiltered oil reflects the purest essence of the fruit and the land where it originates: the fields of Agullana, Cantallops, and Capmany, in the northern area of Girona.
Each bottle comes from a limited production, cold-pressed and milled on the same day of harvesting to preserve all its natural aromas.

How this special oil is made
During the second half of October, we harvest the olives by hand when they are still green and firm.
The yield is much lower than in late-harvest oils — more than 10 kg of olives are needed for a 0.5 L bottle — but the reward is a more intense oil, with a higher concentration of polyphenols and unparalleled freshness.
