Picual Oli del Raig – Unfiltered Early Harvest
The Oli del Raig Picual 2025 is a limited edition that represents the beginning of the new harvest.
Made with the first green Picual olives, harvested by hand in early October, this oil retains all the intensity, freshness, and characteristic strength of the fruit at its optimal point of early ripeness.
This early harvest and unfiltered oil reflects the purest essence of the fruit and the territory where it is born: the fields of Agullana and Capmany, in the northern area of Girona.
Each bottle comes from a limited production, cold-pressed and milled on the same day of harvesting to preserve all its natural aromas.

How this special oil is made
During the second half of October, we harvest the olives by hand when they are still green and firm.
The yield is much lower than with late harvest oils — more than 10 kg of olives are needed for a 0.5 L bottle — but the reward is a more intense oil, with a higher concentration of polyphenols and unparalleled freshness.
The result is a powerful, vibrant, intense green oil, reflecting the full personality of the Picual variety cultivated on the Costa Brava.

Origin and tradition
The Picual is the most recognized variety in Spain, famous for its strength, stability, and high antioxidant content.
In the province of Girona, its cultivation acquires a unique character thanks to the mountain climate and the tramontana wind from the Canigó surroundings, which provides a greater aromatic concentration and a natural balance between bitterness and freshness.
All olives are harvested by hand, from family farms located in Agullana and Capmany, and are cold-milled in our own mill.
