Llàgrimes del Canigó's spicy olive oil with chili pepper, garlic, and peppers is made with the highest quality extra virgin olive oil. Primarily with Argudell variety olives grown in Costa Brava fields. Cold extraction results in a rich, aromatic, and well-balanced flavor.

Along with garlic, peppers, and cayenne, we add a more spicy, intense, and seasoned flavor that makes it a perfect accompaniment for pizza, pasta, and meat, although it can be used in all kinds of recipes.

No added artificial flavors. The secret to our spicy oil is the perfect balance between bird's eye chili, one of the spiciest, and garlic from the garden of Jesús's father (located in Agullana), who has been planting his Banyoles garlic for over 40 years. In addition, the selection of peppers we add to our extra virgin olive oil (black pepper, white pepper, allspice, pink pepper, and green pepper) gives it that special touch your palate loves.
